- All new patients must book online via HOTDOC or complete the updated form before attending the clinic, unless it is a life-threatening emergency requiring immediate treatment.
- Upfront payments are now mandatory for all private consultations, including Tele-health appointments, with a $50 deposit required for all private consultations.
- A no-show fee of $50 will be charged if patients fail to attend in person or via Tele-health, unless the appointment is cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
- On weekends and public holidays, all patients will be billed privately, except for state-funded immunizations or pre-scheduled follow-up reviews and post-operative care.
